Welcome to my page - if you've arrived at me through someone else's blog then please take a look around, I'm happy to have you here - I'm Laura (AKA The Stamping Cat) from the UK. If you're starting at my page, please read my post then hop on to the next demonstrator in the list at the bottom of the post.
As we are now in mid-November, there wasn't really much decision needed for my theme for this month's card - Christmas! I'm still in the middle of my Christmas crafting at the moment (my goal is to be finished before Christmas Eve haha!).
For this particular Christmas card, I decided to use the Stampin' Up! Seasonal Wreath Textured Embossing Folder. This is a great folder which gives a really lovely wreath image. To make it pop on the cardstock, I added some Frost White Shimmer Paint (tip, shake the pot and get the paint onto a sponge dauber by putting the dauber lightly into the lid to pick the paint up - less is more!) I then used my blend pen to colour in the leaves and berries. The Joyous Noel paper was a perfect background to this card, and I finished off with a glittery die cut Merry Christmas (who doesn't love glitter!).
I won't mass produce this card but it's perfect for those special one off card's needed for loved ones for Christmas.
